Ms. Tina, (Christine Ryan), is Owner, Educator and Child Advocate.  She has been caring for children for over 16 years.  Her love of children lead her to open Country Kids Preschool in 2001.  Tina has two grown children of her own but each year becomes mother to all her preschool students.  Tina is passionate about building children's self esteem through team work, respect, sharing and caring with one another.
Each year Tina takes classes sponsored by Child Care Resources to enhance her learning of the young mind. 

Ms. Sandy (Sandy Hammond), has been with Country Kids Preschool for about a year and is a wonderful addition to the center!  She lives in Colchester with her husband and son Cotty.  She is the mother of four children ranging from 17 - 26 years of age. Throughout her children's lives she stayed at home to raise them and was an active member of the Colchester School District.  Now that her children are grown, Sandy finds her love for children fulfilled at Country Kids Preschool.
